Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) Access
Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) provides access to Crystal Reports reports distributed internally to academic and administrative departments, faculty and staff within the university.
User Name and Password
- S# and password (set using Activate) are used for BOE access
What access does the authorised user have in BOE?
- Access to reports distributed with BOE is determined by the department(s) creating the reports and making them available for distribution (e,g. Finance makes budget reports available to budget managers). BOE reports are generated from Banner. EIT Systems Analysts and Banner functional analysts work closely on Crystal Reports and the maintenance and development of BOE report scheduling and delivery.
- Administrative access to BOE and Crystal Reports is provided based on authorised request and set by SA Reporting within EIT. See this article for a list of BOE approval users.
- Crystal Reports has to be installed on their computer
