Once a user has received the email to join a team in MS Teams, if it is a gmail, yahoo or another NON-Microsoft account, they will be required to create an account prior to being able to log in. If you have a Microsoft account such as outlook.com, hotmail or another institution's account, you will not need to follow the steps below:
