The signatory agrees that data from their functional area based in the integrated ERP system(s) can be shared/connected via batch or interface for purposes of development and testing of the solution and its full capabilities in the project’s controlled-environments.
All data is to remain private and confidential and may not be disclosed or used for any purpose other than the execution of the project named on this form.
Further approvals and user acceptance will be required before the system is brought into live production.
