Please use this form to submit a data request to the Institutional Data Analysis and Planning (IDAP) team.
IDAP manages requests related to aggregate student data and surveys, including:
• Historical trend analysis
• Help create internal surveys
• Providing results from external surveys (i.e. NSSE and CUSC)
Note: IDAP does not provide student lists.
