You can easily create shortcuts to Teams files on your OneDrive. This will allow you to access the folders and files from Windows Explorer.
- In Teams navigate the Team channel where the folders and files reside:

- Select Files from the top menu.

- Select the folder you would like to create the short cut for. Click on the ellipsis (…) to the right.

- Select Add shortcut to OneDrive.

- Open Windows Explorer

- Select Your OneDrive

You will see your folder on the list.
