Creating short cuts for Teams files to your OneDrive

You can easily create shortcuts to Teams files on your OneDrive.  This will allow you to access the folders and files from Windows Explorer.

  1. In Teams navigate the Team channel where the folders and files reside:

  1. Select Files from the top menu.

  1. Select the folder you would like to create the short cut for.  Click on the ellipsis (…) to the right.

  1. Select Add shortcut to OneDrive.

  1. Open Windows Explorer Windows Explorer icon
  2. Select Your OneDrive

You will see your folder on the list.
