1. Open Outlook Settings
Launch the Outlook application on your desktop or web.
In the upper-right corner, click on the
settings
(gear icon).
Navigate to
Mail
on the left-hand side.
Select
Compose and reply
from the options.
2. Customize the Default Font Settings
Under the
Message format
section:
Locate the
Default font
options
Set the
Font size
to
11
.
click the
Save
button at the bottom of the page.
Close and reopen outlook, compose a new email to confirm the default font size is applied.
