How to Set Default Font Size to 11 in Microsoft Outlook

1. Open Outlook Settings

  1. Launch the Outlook application on your desktop or web.
  2. In the upper-right corner, click on the settings (gear icon).
  • Navigate to Mail on the left-hand side.
  • Select Compose and reply from the options.

2. Customize the Default Font Settings

  1. Under the Message format section:
  • Locate the Default font options
  • Set the Font size to 11.
  • click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
  • Close and reopen outlook, compose a new email to confirm the default font size is applied.
