Setup Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset Security Questions

This article will help you setup security questions on your account in the event you need to recover your account if you can't login. Please note that this is not an authentication method, it can only be used to reset your password

It is recommended to set a 15-characters password that contains common letters, capital letters, numbers, and special characters. 

On your computer, visit portal.office.com and login with your SMU email address and the temporary password you were given. 

Once your password has been changed, and you get to the screen shown below, click "Next"

Select a question in each five drop-down menus then write your answer in the line below it, then hit 'Done'.

Congratulations! You've setup security questions on your account.

Once this has been completed, go to:

https://ssb-prod.ec.smu.ca/PROD/twbkwbis.P_GenMenu?name=homepage

Enter your SMU email address with the password that you created.

Then click Employee and your paystub and tax forms should be there.
