Please download the Uninstaller from THIS LINK to your macOS device.
Run the uninstaller to remove TrendMicro Apex One from your device by following the prompts, including entering your macOS password if prompted
Once complete, follow the instructions in the Defender Enrollment for macOS article to initiate the Defender enrollment and installation.
