When Do Updates Happen?

• Updates are scheduled for the fourth Wednesday of every month
• The upgrade happens automatically in the background
• No action is required from you

What to Expect During the Upgrade

• The Zscaler app may briefly restart
• Your internet connection may disconnect for a few seconds
• You may notice a short interruption (for example, during a Teams call)
• Connectivity will automatically resume shortly after

In most cases, applications (such as Teams calls) will recover automatically and will not fully disconnect.
