The instructions below are for users who are already using the Microsoft Authenticator app for password resets
Follow these step-by-step instructions to setup your AST account on the Microsoft Authenticator App using the Two Device Method. This requires you to have your mobile phone that you'll be installing the Authenticator app on and a computer in front of you.
Step 1: On your computer, visit portal.office.com and login with your AST email.
Step 2: click on your initials in the top right corner. Select 'view account'
Step 3: Select Security Info
Step 4: It may ask you enter the 6-digit code that is randomly generating. Open the authenticator app on your phone and click on your AST email to see the 6-dgiti code you need to enter on the browser.
Step 5: You'll be lead to the screen below to improve your sign-ins. Click Next

Step 7: You can delete the old account from your app.
