You can print using your Android device by following the steps below. Make sure you are connected to SMU-Wifi.

On your Android device, go to Play Store and look for Mobility Print App. Install it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once installed, open it. Allow Mobility Print to send you notifications. Next, click on the first option Tap here and check the Mobility Print Service is on. 

 

You will see two options as below. Keep the Mobility Print On and turn Off Default Print Service. Now you can exit the app.

 

Open your document and head over to the Print option. Depending on the document app you are using, your Print option will look different.

 

Print option will send you to the final preview screen. If you have never printed before you will see Save as PDF button on top.

 

Click on Save as PDF dropdown button and click on All Printers. You will see all campus printers available.

For students, Student-BW or Student-CL are the available options.

Note: Student-BW is for black and white printing. Student-CL is for colored printing.

 

On selecting the printer, you will be asked to enter your SMU email and password as your credentials.

 

Click on Sign In And Print.

The print job has been sent and is ready to be released.

Go to your nearest Student printer (Atrium, Library or Loyola in front of help desk) and type in your s-number with out s (1234567) at the printer login screen and your pint job will be released.
