Steps to add any printer from our smu-prt-off print server to a Windows desktop/laptop computer.
Firstly enter \\smu-prt-off in your search bar. Please ensure that it is a backslash “\” rather than a forward slash “/”.
Once you have opened \\smu-prt-off, you must find the printer you are trying to connect to. All of the printer names have both the building and room number in a shortened format, allowing you to find your printer at ease. 
Please ensure to double click FACSTAFF-FINDME, and once it opens, you can close the window. 
Once that is complete, find your office printer's name, double-click on it, and once it opens like this, you should be able to print.
