Steps to add any printer from our smu-prt-off print server to a Windows desktop/laptop computer.
Firstly enter “\\smu-prt-off” in your search bar. Please ensure that it is a back slash “\” rather than a forward slash “/”.
Once you have opened \\smu-prt-off, you must find the printer you are trying to connect to. All of the printer names have both the building name and room number in a shortened format, allowing you to find your printer at ease. 
Please ensure to double click FACSTAFF-FINDME and once it opens you can close the window.
Once you have found your printer, double click on it and once it opens like this, you should be able to print.
