What is Hibernation in this context?
Some Android versions have a feature that disables notifications for an app if it is not used for a long period of time. If that feature is turned on for the SMU Safe app, you might miss out on important notifications if the app has not been opened for a while.

Please follow the steps below to disable this feature so you don't miss out on any important notifications:

  10. Tap on Go to Settings if that is available as one of the options.

  11. Once it opens up the App info page, toggle and disable the 'Remove permissions if app is unused' feature.

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Go to Apps.
