Interfax is our new Fax solution.
As our Campus phone numbers have migrated to the new Microsoft Teams platform, our Fax numbers remained on the old phone system until now.
Follow the attached instructions carefully on how to send a Fax from your Konica device.
Note: When sending a Fax from your Konika Minolta department device you no longer need to type/dial 7 when sending a Fax. Note: When an incoming Fax is received to your department Fax number it will automatically be routed to your main department email inbox.
There are a few Konica models that are having an issue when attempting to send a fax from the device itself. This is under review. You can report the issue to helpdesk@smu.ca if encountered.
