We are not sure why but sometimes the Teams button/icon disappears from Outlook. To add it back, do the following:
1. Click on File in Outlook and then Options near the bottom on the left.
2. Then select Add-Ins on the left and click the Go button Next to Manage COM Add-ins at the bottom, centre
3. Make sure that there is a check mark next to the Teams Add-In:
