Mail Merge with a Shared Mailbox

Open Control Panel, then open “Mail’
Choose “Show Profiles”
Choose “Add”
Enter a name for the profile and choose “Ok”
Choose Manual Setup and then “Next”
Enter the email address of the shared mailbox and choose “Next”
The client will connect and complete the login. Once successful, uncheck the “Setup Outlook on my mobile phone, too” option and select “Finish”
This takes you back to your mail profile window. You can now see your original profile and the new shared profile are both set up. Choose “Prompt for a profile to be used” option and select “Ok”. This gives you the option to select the profile you want to log in with when Outlook is opened. To do a mail merge from the shared mailbox you will need to choose that option.
Close Outlook and reopen, choose the shared mailbox from the profile drop down and select “Ok”
The profile will be created and you will be logged into the mailbox. From there you can complete your mail merge.
