If you are having problems logging into Career360, and your account is active, send an email to career360@smu.ca with the details of your issue.

Note: 

To access the new login page, student’s may have to delete their cookie and cache history then exit and reload their browser. It appears the old log in page is caught up in some browsers and the log in page will display an “Oops contact your administrator” message. Alternatively, they can use incognito mode to access the new login page.

Also, if you email career360@smu.ca  they will be able to give you training and support with Career360
