How to Share a file or folder in OneDrive

Login to “portal.office.com” with your full email address

1)-right click on folder, click on “share”  or click “share” at the top of the page

-select "anyone" and the recipient can open the document
-select "specific people" and if it's outside the university, the person gets a code that they have to enter
-enter email address
-click send
