Banner 9 currently requires a different date format.
Initially Windows is set up in such a way that it shows date everywhere in the format of mm/dd/yy. Banner 9 uses mm/dd/yyyy.
For Windows 10:
Click on Start and type Date and Time and press Enter -> at the bottom click Change date and time formats.
In the Short date section click on the drop down menu and choose your preferred format of date.
