If you have a problem with your residence phone or cable tv, please fill out the request form to the right and indicate what symptoms you are experiencing.  Your request will be redirected to one of our technicians to address.  If it is during our busy times of year (September and January), it could take a couple of days to process and respond.  Someone will be in touch with you once it has been resolved.  You do not need to be in your room as a security staff will escort our technicians as needed.

For Cable TV problems, please ensure that you have tried to re-scan channels on your tv and check settings to ensure that basic cable is selected prior to reporting this problem.
