MFA Temporary Access Pass
In the event that you need to access your account but lost or forgotten the device on which you have configured multi-factor authentication, please contact the AST Helpdesk at ithelpdesk@astheology.ns.ca to obtain a temporary access pass.
Your request will be processed and once granted, you will be given a temporary password to allow access to your account.
Once you have the temporary access password, log in to any of the AST services with your email as shown in the instructions below:
Step 1: Login to any AST service such as your @astheology.ns.ca email in portal.office.com:
Step 2: You will be prompted to enter the temporary access pass that was given to you
Once you enter the temporary access pass, you will be able to login to your SMU services.
