About the PMO
The Project Management Office (PMO) serves as a hub for a number of key IT practices related to portfolio, program, project management, and change management. We accomplish this by providing resources and guidance to groups within Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) and the broader campus community.

The PMO's task is to use and promote industry best practices, adapted to the needs of the university and to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute a portfolio of IT work (i.e.: services, initiatives, and projects).

Meet the PMO

Members of the PMO possess practical project and change management experience gained through IT management, business transformation and application development projects, utilizing the following methodologies:
